NEON Co-pilot™ is a secure, AI-powered productivity platform that allows users to summarize documents, draft and compare policies, search internal content, generate training material, and more, using their own proprietary data.

• NEON Co-pilot™ is available through paid subscription plans. Pricing is based on the number of users and token usage.
• Subscriptions are billed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
• All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated by NEON AI.
• Users may top up tokens at any time via the customer dashboard.

• Each customer account includes Admin and User roles.
• Admins manage document uploads, permission settings, token allocations, and department-level access.
• Users can only access content permitted by the Admin.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
• Any data you provide to Stripe is governed by their privacy policy.

• You agree not to use NEON Co-pilot™ to:
• Upload or process unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party data without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the system.
• Use the product in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

• NEON Co-pilot™ is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of generated content.
• You are responsible for verifying outputs before use in professional or legal contexts.

• NEON AI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of NEON Co-pilot™.
• Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the current billing cycle.

All rights, titles, and interest in NEON Co-pilot™ and its underlying technology remain the property of NEON AI. Users retain rights to their uploaded content.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
